Frequently asked

The numbers look off. All values are AI estimates. Adjust portion grams on the result screen — every number recalculates instantly. For packaged food, scan the barcode for label-accurate data.
Free scans ran out. Photo and text recognition use a monthly free allowance. Barcode lookup and manual entry are always free and unlimited.
Glucose isn't showing. Glucose around a meal is read from Apple Health and appears only when enough readings exist. Enable it in Settings → Health.

Soba is not a medical device. Carbohydrate, glycemic index and other values are estimates. Always verify against product labels and follow your diabetes care plan.

Частые вопросы

Цифры выглядят неточно. Все значения — оценки ИИ. Меняйте граммы порции на экране результата, всё пересчитывается сразу. Для упакованной еды сканируйте штрихкод — данные с этикетки.
Закончились бесплатные сканы. Распознавание по фото и тексту тратит месячный лимит. Штрихкоды и ручной ввод — всегда бесплатны и без ограничений.
Не видно глюкозу. Глюкоза вокруг приёма читается из Apple Health и показывается только при достаточном числе замеров. Включите в Настройках → Health.
